Congratulations to Dr. Henry T. Lynch for being named the 15th Annual American Association of Clinical Research Society's Joseph H. Burchenal Memorial Award for Clinical Research. Dr. Lynch is one of the first to delineate the genetic and clinical heterogeneity of breast cancer-prone families. Dr. Lynch documented cancer of all anatomic sites in breast cancer-prone families, and his resource became one of the largest of its type in the world. Dr. Lynch was also recognized with a gift of appreciation for his lifetime achievement in cancer research at the March 30, 2010 NOS meeting at Pasta Amore, in Omaha.
